Despre Calista Luxury Resort şi conceptul a la carte all inclusive – interviu cu dl Mustafa Gencay – Director Sales & Marketing

Nivelul excelent al ospitalităţii, pe care majoritatea hotelierilor turci îl respectă negreşit, este desigur, motivul principal pentru care milioane de turişti, revin, an de an, în Antalya.

Anca Pavel: Which are the top 5 reasons for choosing Calista Luxury Resort, as a holiday option for tourists?

Mustafa Gencay:

A.P: Romanian people love Antalya with its special hospitality, that indulge their holidays. How many guests from Romania does Calista Luxury Resort accommodate every year? And how many do you estimate for summer 2016?

 

M.G: When we checked the previous years for the Romanian guests, it is about 650 pax on 2014 and 850 pax on 2015. The number was keeping increasing but as of now the Romanian Market here in Antalya is so low even though our Early Booking periods are done. We are expecting 700 pax Romanian Guests to the Calista this year on 2016.

 

A.P: Turkey accommodated more than 4 million Russian tourists, yearly, most of them choosing the resorts from Antalya. But now, because of the loss of Russian market, what strategy do you currently use? Did you focus on other new markets?

 

M.G: Yes, absolutely, we have focused to other Markets such as all over Europe, Middle East, Local Market. We as Calista, will never put our rates down regarding our Concept and the quality of the Service. Because more you put your rates down, you must cut from your cost which you have served to your guest. Here my highly recommendation to Romanian guest, is that they need to be careful when they see too deep rates in Antalya. They must ask what is the wrong here and why the rates are too deep?

 

A.P: It is known that you introduced the all inclusive concept to Turkish Hospitality. And the concept continues, admirable, to be one of the best. How do you manage to keep this standard?

 

M.G: We do have Quality Department in our hotel to manage the Standards in all outlets. Beside all the Big Tour Operators keep coming to check the hotel by their own Auditors. If the hotel doesn’t pass the Audit, we can get trouble but since Calista Open on 2007, we had %100 overall.

 

A.P: Calista Luxury Resort offers a la carte all inclusive. Which are the advantages of this concept, for your guests?

 

M.G: The biggest advantage for this concept is that the guests don’t need to worry about their extra payments and enjoy the vacation at all. They can have a lot advantage without being worry about the payment on the check out. But A la carte all inclusive is our own concept that pushing on our the service quality. İt s like when you go to a Alacarte Restaurant that everyone there is leading with YES to you. We exactly have the same idea with leading YES to your guests. That’s why it is A la carte All inclusive.

 

A.P: How do you define success in hospitality?

M.G: We define our success with our Repeat guest amount. As of 2015 numbers %44 of our all guests is our Repeat guests. This show us exact SUCCESS.

 

A.P: Which is your favorite service at Calista Luxury Resort?

M.G: All our Service is the Favorite in our Guests eyes. That’s why if we see that some activities or any service receive complaint from our guest, it will get removed right away.

 

A.P: Once seen simply as the gateway to the Turkish Riviera, Antalya is a destination in its own right. Does Antalya continue to be safe as a holiday destination?

M.G: Antalya is always safe and will continue to be safe as all Turkey.
